AUSTCORP is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our customers asphalt crew. As an asphalt crew member, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of asphalt roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for asphalt installation, including clearing debris, leveling, and compacting.
• Operate and maintain asphalt equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
• Spread and level asphalt using hand tools and machinery.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of existing asphalt surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

To Be Considered 

• Previous experience in asphalt installation and maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate asphalt equipment and hand tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
