In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Facility Manager – Clinical to ensure the highest standards of care delivery. Responsibilities:

• Mentor, guide, and support Care Coordinators.
• Provide clinical supervision to ensure adherence to best practices among staff.
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of clinical care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise and contribute to policy development and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or related field.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without restrictions.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in aged care settings.
• Leadership experience in senior management roles within aged care.
• Familiarity with Aged Care Standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, care planning, and management of complex medical conditions.
