The Company:
The company is a large provider of building services and trades to commercial and industrial sectors including government, defence, health, education, office buildings etc.

The Role:
The HVAC Technician will work on a single client site with multiple buildings. 

• Monday to Friday 40 hours pw - no after hours or on-call required!
• Single site near Murdoch train station and parking onsite - don't sit in your car all day!
• Manage PPM, inspections, fault finding, maintenance, service and minor repair
• Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to complete tasks
• Report to the Maintenance Manager
• Responsible for inspection and maintenance of equipment including: Chillers, fridges, ice machines, cool rooms, boilers, plant rooms, AHU, FCU, water pumps, reclaiming refrigerant etc.

The Requirements:

• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• ARCtick License
• WA Restricted Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate)
• Safety and procedural approach
• Technical skills in Excel, CRM, safety software, controllers and multifunction equipment
• Attitude over Aptitude! Offering training and support until your confident on the site, equipment and routine
