Job description

Trade qualified Electricians (‘A” Grade / Unrestricted licence) with 5+ years UPS and DC battery systems service experience supporting large diverse premises in NSW.

This leading organisation is a well-established International Firm, operating within the Facilities Management, Maintenance and Remote Site sectors. To support a number of clients in the maintenance, repair and upkeep of their critical electrical systems and equipment (namely UPS and DC battery systems) across a large number of Commercial, Industrial, Hospital and Government premises in Greater Sydney.

Base Criteria

Trade qualified Electrician (‘A’ Grade licence) along with 5+ years post-apprenticeship maintenance and repair experience working on UPS, DC battery systems and power factor correction equipment within Industrial, Hospital, Government and Commercial premises. You will be personable and have strong client-engagement skills.
  
Outline Duties
Supporting their ongoing delivery of critical Electrical Maintenance services, providing hands-on electrical maintenance, fault-finding, minor repairs and installations to uninterruptible power supplies, DC battery systems power factor correction equipment; low voltage circuits, switchgear, control circuits, lighting, heating, cooling, and other low voltage electrical equipment across multiple client premises.
  
Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Critical Environment Electrical Maintenance and Repair services (including planned preventative & reactive maintenance) within Commercial Offices, Industrial sites, Government or a large complex site, such as a University, Defence Base, Hospital or Data Centre.
  
Skills and Attributes 
  • ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence + Cert 3
  • 5+ years post-apprenticeship Electrical Maintenance (including UPS / DC Battery systems) within industrial, government or critical environment premises.
  • Engaging personality and strong presentation skills
  • Full Permanent Australian Work Rights and able to secure a National Police Check.
