We are looking for someone with proven experience working within a team and cross functional environment. The key objectives of the role are to control and co-ordinate the Company’s importing and exporting activities to optimise economy in purchase, reliability of supply, timeliness of delivery and seamless clearance of imports and exports through customs. The role encompasses set up and management of systems / programs, preparation, planning, implementation, and review of procedures. In addition, the Supply Chain Administrator works closely with the Finance, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales departments, and Customs Brokers.

Salary Package:
$75,920 base plus super

Major Tasks & Activities:
Client Liaison
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers as well as within the team.
  • Build trusting relationships with superiors.
  • Liaise with Operations/Sales staff in relation to import and export requests as required.
Stock Management
  • Handle all import and export shipping documentation.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of container deliveries by customs broker and external warehouse service providers.
  • Ensure order delivery due dates are regularly updated in SAP.
  • Ensure activities comply with government acts and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain liaison with external warehousing service providers.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge & basic understanding of warehousing systems and requirements related to FKANZ's Products.
  • Communicate with external warehouse and other service providers on matters requiring direct information.
Administration
  • Ensure filing and documentation is up-to-date and is compliant with standard processes and formats.
  • Complete required reports within designated timeframes (e.g., expenses, product samples etc).
  • Complete special tasks and projects as required.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.
  • Liaise with management and staff to ensure projects are conducted efficiently.
