About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients, focusing on liquid products. This role emphasises achieving and surpassing key performance indicators, including budget targets, account profitability, and exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Account Growth: Build and expand client relationships, actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Manage and Support Key Accounts: Ensure clients receive excellent support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalised solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Client Education: Act as a product expert, offering clients insights into formulations and demonstrating the value of the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and profitability goals, implementing strategies to maximise revenue from each account.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide clients with relevant insights and effectively promote the company's offerings.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with manufacturing and product development teams to meet customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in sales within liquid contract manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of liquid formulation and manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer needs.
  • Resilient and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and driven.
  • Experience working with established brands and private-label products.
