About the Role: We are seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to oversee the Western Sydney region. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, this role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving growth, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will implement strategic territory plans, conduct customer reviews, and engage in commercial discussions.

- Develop strategic territory plans using sales data.
- Conduct customer business reviews and follow up.
- Engage in commercial discussions with technical product knowledge.
- Provide sales commentary and complete reporting.
- Implement category management strategies for product placement and in-store activations.
- Knowledge of Natural Medicine and the health industry.
- Existing relationships with pharmacy and health food retailers.
- Strong initiative, time management, and communication skills.
