My client is a well-established Australian company with over 30 years in the market, offering a premium range of therapeutic herbal and nutritional supplements. Their portfolio includes over 100 vegan-friendly formulations free from artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners, designed to support people of all ages.

About the Role: We are seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to oversee the Western Sydney region. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, this role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving growth, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will implement strategic territory plans, conduct customer reviews, and engage in commercial discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales targets, driving growth and new product launches.
  • Develop strategic territory plans using sales data.
  • Conduct customer business reviews and follow up.
  • Engage in commercial discussions with technical product knowledge.
  • Provide sales commentary and complete reporting.
  • Implement category management strategies for product placement and in-store activations.
About You: Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within health, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicine sectors. They should have a strong track record in sales, a growth mindset, and the ability to work in a hands-on team. Required skills include:
  • Knowledge of Natural Medicine and the health industry.
  • Existing relationships with pharmacy and health food retailers.
  • Strong initiative, time management, and communication skills.
