The company supply a variety of materials to the residential, commercial, and reseller markets and are continually expanding. This is a newly created role designed to support their growth efforts.

This Sales & Business Development Representative role is newly created to support the company’s growth and strengthen its presence in NSW. 

Responsibilities:
  • Promote our diverse product line to distributors, manufacturers, builders, architects, contractors, specifiers, developers, and retail/hardware project managers.
  • Drive sales growth across NSW and ACT regions, meeting and exceeding business targets.
  • Secure key account contracts through effective negotiation, ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategy, set sales targets, and develop tailored proposals.
  • Proactively source and build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Represent The company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service, upholding our strong reputation for reliability and quality.
The  Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and business development, preferably in the building or insulation industries.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated record of achieving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read engineering or architectural drawings; background in trade or tertiary education is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Client Management: Skilled in managing a varied customer base and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Experience with cold calling and marketing strategies to generate new business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and strong mathematical ability, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
