We are seeking a skilled Road Surfacing Project Support Coordinator/ Scheduler to manage and oversee our surfacing project allocation from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project support, project administration, allocation and/or scheduling within the construction industry, with a focus on road surfacing. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule people, equipment, product and subcontractor for road surfacing projects, ensuring timely completion
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors and supplies to develop project programs
- Monitor project programs and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure all people, equipment and products are allocated to the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project programs
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, engineers, project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Previous experience in asphalt operations or coordination is required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
