Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Crew Members to join our customers dynamic team. As a member of our customers asphalt crew, you will play a crucial role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
• Assist in the preparation of job sites, including grading, leveling, and excavating.
• Lay asphalt according to project specifications, ensuring proper thickness and compaction.
• Perform asphalt repairs and patching as needed.
• Operate hand tools for edging, sealing, and finishing asphalt surfaces.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in asphalt paving is preferred. 
• Knowledge of asphalt materials, mixtures, and installation techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain asphalt equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
