Manufacturing Operator

Sydney - Mascot

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing/QC Operator is to preform the activites associated in the manufacturing Department: Assembly/Testing/QC

KEY DUTIES
  • Assembly and installation of of existing and future companies robotic solutions.
  • Performing inspection, kitting, assembly, testing and service of products.
  • Assembly of components to build sub-assemblies and finished devices
  • Assist in the diagnostic of faulty products and conduct basic level of repairs
  • Test & pack products in the established time frames
  • Assist in final product release – Pre-QC
  • Material handling- moving components and assemblies through Production & Warehouse
  • Assist others team members in non-conformance investigations as required
  • Define and develop Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for the production team.
  • Preform Service repairs of customer
  • Filling out the correct daily documentations
  • Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of the worksite.
  • Comply with Quality Management System policies and procedures
  • Comply with Workplace Health and Safety, and Quality procedures
  • Generate and maintain records/documentation required by ISO13485
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Trade Qualifiaction or similar experience in a workshop/assembly environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly - desired
  • Competency in troubleshooting and repair of automated – robotic instruments - desired
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up work areas in accordance with GMP.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks to a standard within set deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility.
  • A working knowledge of OH&S as applied in manufacturing.
  • Experience within a regulated industry with a working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
