We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Facility Manager & Clinical Lead to join our clients at their 92-bed aged care facility. This leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standard of care, and supporting the Facility Manager in the day-to-day management of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical care delivery and oversee care plans, assessments, and resident well-being.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and aged care regulations.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and clinical records.
- Assist with operational management tasks, including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with current registration (mandatory).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, preferably in dementia care settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent documentation and clinical reporting capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage residents, families, and staff.
