Now seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join their team in the Northern Territory.

About You:
You are a detail-oriented and proactive Project Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing complex AV projects. You excel in communication and coordination, and have a proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. Your dedication to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction is unmatched.

Role Overview:
As the AV Project Delivery Manager, you will take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing projects throughout the Northern Territory, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be a key communicator, coordinating closely with engineering teams, liaising with clients, and managing project resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
  • Coordination: Facilitate internal handover and client kick-off meetings; work with engineering teams to ensure accurate solution design and documentation.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely orders and deliveries to meet project deadlines.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders and coordinate with other trades to ensure site readiness before installation begins.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the necessary resources are in place for successful installation, commissioning, and programming.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Supervise or directly handle pre-commissioning of hardware, installation tasks, and system commissioning activities.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project expenses, schedules, and scope to guarantee successful completion.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
  • Project Completion: Ensure all projects are finalized according to Project Commissioning and Quality Control Procedure.
  • Incident Management: Take ownership of critical incidents, manage resolution efforts, and facilitate post-incident reviews.
  • Stock Management: Oversee and manage stock levels to support seamless project delivery.
