About the Role:
As an experienced Audio Visual Installation Technician, you will:
- Install high-quality AV installations in diverse environments, including boardrooms, equipment racks, and architectural lighting fixtures.
- Run in cable, terminate, mount equipment and fault test.
- Interpret CAD drawings, elevations, and rack layouts to ensure accurate project execution.
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing, Distributed Audio and Video, and control systems (QSC, Biamp, Crestron) and integrate DMX lighting systems is advantageous
- You may be an electrician of have electrical installation experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in commissioning AV equipment, with a preference for understanding DMX lighting systems.
- Documentation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD and schematic drawings
- Team Leadership: A commitment to mentoring junior team members and promoting a safe, collaborative work environment.
- Work Flexibility: Comfortable working at heights (EWP ticket required) and open to occasional regional travel.
- A valid driver’s license and construction white card.
