Job description

This leading multinational Facilities Management service provider is looking to drive their existing growth, having already gained market dominance in a number of core sectors. 

The Role:
  • Supporting the business development strategy
  • Developing winning bid strategies
  • Leading a team of Bid Writers / Coordinators
  • Overseeing the preparation, review and submission of bid responses - including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations, to Corporate, Public Sector and Resources clients
  • Lead workshops, meetings and presentations internally and externally
  • Write key sections of submissions including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance to standards
  • Nurturing effective relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients.
 Criteria:
  • Ideally tertiary qualified in Facilities Management, Business Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing or Communications
  • Superior Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong understanding of the full spectrum of Bid Pricing / Commercial Costing, Labour and Material Estimates, Commercial Terms and Delivery strategies
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management 
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of bid writing fundamentals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure a cohesive approach to coordinating contributions in a timely manner
