The Role:

The Role:
- Responsible for the sales performance of the market segments, major product groups and devlopment and retention of new major clients in Sydney
- Develop key relationships with customers to maximise account value and cross selling opportunities
- Target new and potential customers to ensure the new business targets are met
- Achieve KPI's and Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and customer retention
- Experience with Type 1a Gallagher High Security Alarm Systems + other Electronic Security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, Intrustion Detection, Class 5 etc
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Experience in the Electronic Security industry is mandatory
- Proven sales experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Ability to sell and cross sell
- iSales CRM experience would be a bonus
- Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
- NSW Security Licence (Mandatory)
- Customer and Sales focused and passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business
