We are seeking a Strategic Sales Executive / BDM to drive new business opportunities and expand market share within this growing sector. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Develop New Business – Identify and engage potential clients, driving revenue growth by positioning Business Messaging API, Secure File Transfer Messaging, SMS Triggering via Email, OTP Services, and Self-Service Message Centre as key solutions.
- Drive Solution-Based Sales – Understand customer challenges and provide tailored business messaging solutions that deliver real value.
- Manage Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Execute Sales Strategies – Develop and implement targeted sales plans to maximise market penetration and revenue opportunities.
- Achieve Sales Targets – Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring performance metrics and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and our client's messaging solutions.
- Proven experience or very closely related experience in Business Messaging API, Secure File Transfer Messaging, SMS Triggering via Email, OTP Services, and Self-Service Message Centre
- A strong track record in B2B sales, with the ability to secure and grow enterprise-level accounts.
- The ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
