They have a strong presence in industrial markets including water/wastewater treatment, smart cities, manufacturing, utilities, FMCG, and more.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new business and the expansion of existing business across industrial markets in NSW.
This is an autonomous role where you will be trusted to manage your time and travel requirements in order to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: Competitive salary package + Company Car & Fuel Card, Phone, Laptop etc.
Location: Sydney, New South Wales (office in Parramatta)

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new business and the expansion of existing business across industrial markets in NSW.
This is an autonomous role where you will be trusted to manage your time and travel requirements in order to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement strategies to build client-centric solutions into exisiting and new accounts
- Visit clients to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including at C-Suite level
- Prepare proposals, respond to tenders and supervise agreements
- Participate in industry events, trade shows and exhibitions
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (electrical, automation etc.) OR a proven technical appitude in a similar position
- In-depth understanding of PLC and SCADA systems, IIOT, industrial communications, and network design
- Experience with solution-based sales approach
- A passion for all things industrial automation, with a keen interest in keeping abreast with the latest developments and products in the market.
- Full Class C driving license and a willingness to travel
