Duties
This position involves the management of customer relations and the supervision of daily sales operations for Specialty and Medical Gases within an assigned sales region in NSW.
- Proactively liaising with your customer network
- Maintain and grow current customer accounts
- Generate new business and seek out prospects to maintain a profitable sales territory and expand customer outreach
- Develop your knowledge of products and value proposition to effectively communicate with current and potential customers
- Produce proposals, detailed costings and contractual documents to ensure all transactions deliver maximum profit to the business
- Monitor market trends through customer and supplier liaison and through attending industry events
- Attend industry events and networking activities
- Collaborate with other teams including sales team members, depots and customer service to drive customer solutions
- Territory: flexible dependent on where candidate is located
- 2-3 years' experience within a similar customer account focused role or Medical Device Sales experience is advantageous
- Motivated and Sales driven individual
