Key Responsibilities
- Drive medical equipment sales growth in public and private hospitals through strategic engagement and relationship building
- Lead complete sales cycles from initial outreach through implementation, ensuring smooth procurement processes and installations
- Partner with surgeons and hospital leadership to demonstrate product value while providing ongoing training and support
- Analyse market data and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory planning
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to develop targeted strategies for key hospital accounts
Desired Experience:
- Experience selling capital equipment in spine, neurosurgery, or a related field
- Background in biomedical engineering, nursing or a clinical setting
