Are you a dedicated and empathetic leader ready to transform the lives of elderly residents? We are on the lookout for a full-time Care Manager to inspire and guide a team at our clients 90 bed facility in Portland.
Your Role:
As the Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering exceptional clinical care. You will plan, assign, and oversee care duties while ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. Your leadership will be key in managing resources effectively, keeping in line with budgetary requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) is required.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 3 years of experience in residential aged care.
- Solid understanding of Quality Agency Standards and Aged Care Act regulations.
- Strong clinical expertise reflecting contemporary practices.
- A valid National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).
- Involvement in accreditation processes.
