About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of aged care services, known for their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the lives of their residents. With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities across NSW and are currently seeking a Care Manager at one of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process.
  • Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.
  • Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.
  • Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.
  • Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of iCare is desirable.
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN-ACC processes is highly regarded.
  • Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight) 
  • A valid police check clearance.
  • Full Australian Working rights
