Our client is a leading provider of aged care services, known for their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the lives of their residents. With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities across NSW and are currently seeking a Care Manager for a 3-month contract role at one of their facilities.

With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities across NSW and are currently seeking a Care Manager for a 3-month contract role at one of their facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process.
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.
- Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.
- Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
- Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
- Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.
- Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of iCare is desirable.
- Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN-ACC processes is highly regarded.
- Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight) and provide on-call clinical support after hours.
- A valid police check clearance.
- Full Australian Working rights
- Competitive hourly rates $80-1$00ph + Super - Weekly pay
