The Company:
This busy Facilities Management services provider requires an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to be responsible for scheduling and completion of cleaning project work and to oversee the ad hoc projects cleaning team for multiple metro and regional areas.
 
The Ideal Profile:
To be considered for this position, you will have experience in delivering special or periodic cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, strip and seal etc. Also highly desirable is experience supporting team members, training and mentoring in a supervisory capacity and recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Support a small team of project cleaners across multiple sites
• Scheduling jobs with clients
• Facilitate training on processes, equipment and client needs
• Be hands on completing cleaning jobs when required
• Rostering staff
• Meeting clients

Essential Criteria:
Must provide examples of your cleaning projects experience in your CV or cover letter, as well as examples of:

• Strong skills in staff coordination
• Knowledge of chemical handling, strip and seal machine, carpet cleaning machine, pressure washers usage etc.
• Hands on experience in cleaning windows, strip & seal, ablutions, deep and special cleans is preferable
• Good OHS knowledge and awareness
• Good planning and time management skills to arrange your own workload and prioritise yours and the team's time
• Strong computer skills
• Valid Driver's Licence
