A leading aged care provider is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team at a well-regarded 80-bed residential aged care facility based in Mosman.

About the Role: The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) will provide strong clinical leadership and support the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with best practice and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and mentoring to care staff
- Coordinate and manage care delivery for residents, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Support the DON in workforce management, staff development, and performance
- Attend to clinical reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with residents and families, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction
- Participate in board and operational meetings, contributing to service development and innovation
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Demonstrated clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI/AN-ACC, and regulatory compliance
