We’re currently seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join a forward-thinking NFP aged care provider, where you’ll be responsible for overseeing clinical care delivery, driving operational excellence, and fostering a team culture grounded in respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with senior village leadership to embed clinical best practices, support team development, and ensure care outcomes exceed expectations and comply with aged care quality standards.

You’ll work closely with senior village leadership to embed clinical best practices, support team development, and ensure care outcomes exceed expectations and comply with aged care quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily clinical operations across the care team
- Oversee care planning, clinical risk, incident management, and compliance with aged care standards
- Drive staff engagement through mentoring, coaching, and performance management
- Conduct audits and monitor quality indicators, ensuring continuous improvement
- Collaborate with allied health professionals, GPs, and other external stakeholders
- Participate in onboarding new residents and reviewing pre-admission care needs
- Engage with residents and families to build trust and transparency in care
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aged care or similar clinical leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with clinical systems (e.g., iCare, Leecare, or similar)
- A collaborative, resident-first mindset with a drive for excellence
- Strong packages of $150-200K on offer
