Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control systems for automation and robotic applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with project goals.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to integrate control systems into complete automation projects.
• Perform detailed testing and analysis of control systems to optimize performance and resolve any technical issues.
• Apply expertise in robotic systems, including industrial and collaborative robots, with a focus on control algorithms and motion dynamics.
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding teams and mentoring junior engineers on technical projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and programming control systems, particularly with Siemens and Rockwell PLC platforms.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal, ControlLogix, Studio 5000) and motion control technologies.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control system architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to devise effective solutions for complex system challenges.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
