About the Role:
Become an integral part of their expanding team as a Customer Service Administrator. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and play a crucial role in communicating with customers and internal departments to process orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Officer will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal departments to process customer orders.  

Responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor distribution of product to customers and follow up on sales orders.
  • Taking inbound calls to answer inquiries, take orders, and respond to customer needs.
  • Liaise with sales and support staff to keep them up to date on customer needs.
  • Escalate issues to the customer service 2IC or sales team when required.

About you

Ability to multi-task – No two days are the same. They work at a fast pace, and often encounter tight deadlines. You will have demonstrable experience in working to an excellent standard when under pressure and being able to prioritise deadlines.
