Customer Service Officer will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal departments to process customer orders.

Become an integral part of their expanding team as a Customer Service Administrator. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and play a crucial role in communicating with customers and internal departments to process orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Officer will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal departments to process customer orders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitor distribution of product to customers and follow up on sales orders.
- Taking inbound calls to answer inquiries, take orders, and respond to customer needs.
- Liaise with sales and support staff to keep them up to date on customer needs.
- Escalate issues to the customer service 2IC or sales team when required.
