About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Support professional to join our team. This role offers variety, combining customer service with ad-hoc warehouse coordination and administration support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Answer customer inquiries over the phone and via email.
    • Process orders and provide updates on existing orders.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Prepare quotes and assist Sales team.
    • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Warehouse Support:
    • Occasionally assist the Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Use a forklift to support warehouse activities as required.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A strong customer service mindset and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • A valid Forklift Licence (essential).
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential.
