The Company
My client is a privately owned Australian enterprise that focuses on the distribution and assistance of diagnostics and research solutions within the Australian and New Zealand regions. 
 

Salary Package  
  • $100k -120k base 
  • $8k - 10k bonus
  • Super
Requirements
  • Sound computer skills in CRM and Microsoft Office Software 
  • Ability to be in the office every day in Chatswood (hours flexible)
  • 5+ years of office support experience 
  • Skills in accounts receivable and accounts reconciliation 
  • Have a high degree of organisational abilities 
  • High level of empathy 
  • Detail and action-oriented 
  • Based in office in Chatswood
The Role
  • Oversee inward and outward goods functions in line with company procedures. 
  • Provide support and backup across the entire department of operations and customer care.
  • Must have an understanding of all processes from start to finish.
  • Provide backup in the processing of incoming and outgoing goods. 
  • Maintain the company ERP software with current internal and external customer information.
  • Ensure the functional and efficient processes for special requests, standing orders, special prices, replacement goods, and other non-standard procedures. 
  • Receive and handle customer enquiries and complaints.  
  • Process all Field Service Reports and associated paperwork. 
  • Ensure all Customer Care team members are trained and proficient in their roles and work collaboratively. 
  • Support the financial controller in the accounts receivable functions. 
  • Oversee and negotiate pricing with freight forwarders and couriers. 
  • Ensure MSDS currency for goods is kept in the warehouse. 
  • Attend training sessions, trade shows, and other company business meetings that may require evening/weekend attendance. 
  • Follow all necessary instructions to enable the Quality Assurance Program. 
  • Identify and record any non-conformance 
  • Recommend action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformance 
  • Advise the Quality Assurance Manager of any issues regarding Quality.
