Skills and Attributes
- Senior People & Culture experience within a major Integrated FM environment delivering large or multi-site contracts.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Director of P&C, National P&C Manager or General Manager of HR within a large blue-collar workforce environment.
- Human Resources (HR) or Business Management Qualification.
- In depth understanding of Employment Law and relevant awards/EBA’s.
- Demonstrated experience implementing HR Management systems.
- Experience in the development and application of training plans.
- Very operationally driven role, you must be flexible, able to problem solve and provide solutions in an ethical service orientation manner.
- An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions and share information and knowledge with others.
- You will be organised and able to address multiple activities concurrently, with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage resources.
