We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team and drive growth in the regional Queensland market.

Job Description:
As a Domestic Sales Manager in Mackay, you will play a pivotal role in leading their retail/sales teams. You will be responsible for leading and supporting your teams to continued success. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion and empower teams to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
• Serve as a mentor and guide for employees, facilitating the realization of their full potential.
• Supervise showroom presentations, ensuring cleanliness, and effectively managing stock levels.
• Drive product sales, provide services, and offer technical expertise.
• Strategize and execute routine stock control audits for efficient inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous sales management experience
• Possess a robust background in the pumping or mechanical/electrical industries, specializing in the sales of equipment and spare parts
• Sales expertise in domestic pumping and irrigation equipment
• Proficiency in handling pipe, valves, and fittings sales
• Knowledge in household water treatment and filtration equipment sales.
• Experience in pool water testing and the sale of pool chemicals
• Current drivers license and legally permitted to work in Australia
