The role As a leader in this role, you will:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a chance to shape best practice clinical care.

Key Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience
• AHPRA registration required
• Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and develop educational programs
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience in delivering training aligned with these standards
