The Role:

Seeking a Engineering Manager (Hospital Engineer) in Melbourne (Inner Suburbs) to Manage the delivery of maintenance and minor work projects for a major organisation in the Health Care Industry.

The Engineering Manager is the face of Engineering Operations and is responsible for maintenance and minor projects across a critical site.
  
You will be responsible for managing a small team of trades, contractors, and maintenance coordinators.
  
Client facing role, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Prior experience in operations
• 3x Covid Vaccinations (Health Care / Hospital industry)
• Demonstrate leadership in promoting a safe and compliant environment through adherence to company policies and procedures
• Possesses 5-10 years' experience in relevant industry e.g., Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Hospitals, University, Government, Defence etc
