About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and high-performing sales team. This role is essential in strengthening relationships with key customers while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
With a particular focus on mining, oil & gas, and minerals, you’ll be responsible for expanding market presence, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving sales growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, consultants, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and spearhead market expansion initiatives.
  • Present and promote a broad range of innovative solutions to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales performance in the CRM system.
  • Ensure pricing, contracts, and service agreements align with company policies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to strengthen market positioning.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven success in solution-based selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Experience in mining, oil & gas, or minerals sectors is highly desirable.
  • Background in industrial, electrical, or thermal solutions is advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Salary: Competitive package based on experience
Location: Perth, WA
