Using innovative technology and clever design solutions, the firm is now seeking an experienced Senior Lead Estimator / Estimating Manager to take the lead running the Estimating Team.

The Opportunity
Step into a key Leadership role as Estimating Manager, where you’ll command the sales estimating and tendering processes to sharpen the competitive edge, leading a team of estimators to win excellent D&C projects. 

Your Role in Success
Lead and inspire a dynamic team, crafting competitive, accurate project estimates. Apply strategic insights, collaborate across departments, and shape innovative tendering strategies that set the standard for industry excellence. Applicants with Electrical and Mechanical Civil Infrastructure experience are also encouraged to apply.

What You Bring

• Estimating Manager Experience, with success in winning  projects and leading a team.
• D&C Estimating experience essential
• Ability to build preferred supplier lists 
• Ability to build a strong cost data base reflective of the real costs
• Hands on approach to mentoring and assisting the team with bids. 
• Strong leadership, team-building skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
• Advanced skills in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Sharp analytical mind and problem-solving prowess
• Exceptional communication and the ability to thrive under pressure
