Job description
A global FM company is seeking a capable Facilities Manager to oversee the soft services operations in the Wodonga, Albury, or Thurgoona region. This is a site-based role.
This is a permanent full-time role working standard business hours Monday to Friday. Managing a team of 2and reporting to the National Account Director.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate daily soft services operations for the site.
- Manage budgets, workflow management and invoicing.
- Engage and manage performance of contractors delivering services to the sites.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Make improvements to processes and communicate changes with all stakeholders
- Managing data within the facilities management software.
- Consistently access and review regulatory, company and client-driven OHS manuals, policies and procedures.
- 3+ years experience in a similar Facilities Management position within soft services (incl. cleaning of kitchens) is essential.
- Experience working on an industrial site is an added benefit.
- Prior experience working closely with the client and building that client-relationship is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to manage a small team.
- HACCP Cert is advantageous.
- Annual salary package up to $120,000 - negotiable for the right individual.
- Monday to Friday business hours (38 hours/week).
