The Role

Austcorp are currently seeking passionate and experienced Facility Manager for a progressing Aged Care facility located on the Sydney North Shore.

This is a medium sized facility that offers a highly rewarding challenge whilst maintaining work-life balance. Excellent progression opportunities for the successful candidate and the chance to make a real difference.
  
You will be supported by a fantastic and hands on team, including two clinical managers, ACFI coordinators, Educators, Rostering officers and 24/7 RNs.


Key Responsibilities

• Objectively oversee operations of the facility ensuring excellent person-centred care is being provided, meeting all of the aged care standards continuously
• To mentor and provide strong leadership to the team
• Undertake personal and professional development your team
• Finance and budget management across the facility, including working with the ACFI coordinator to ensure uplifts are accountable where required
• Liaise continuously with stakeholders to ensure the facility is developing

Role Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Senior Manager / Consultant
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
• High level leadership capabilities
