We are seeking a visionary General Manager (GM) who excels in communication and leads by example across all levels of the organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), the GM will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and boosting profitability.
This position is based at their head office in Echuca, Regional Victoria.

- Lead and inspire a diverse team, encouraging innovation and smart problem-solving.
- Monitor and enhance existing high standards of quality and efficiency in all products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong background in design and manufacturing industries.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
- Willingness to relocate to Echuca, Victoria (with full relocation support).
