The Role: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the aged care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Your strong clinical background and leadership experience will enable you to provide guidance to the care team while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the clinical and operational management of the facility.

What You’ll Need:

• A Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration (preferred).

• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational processes.
