Location: Coastal location in Southeast Queensland
Facility Size: Large facility with over 150 residents

Our client, a prominent national aged care provider, is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a large, modern residential aged care facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of a large aged care home, ensuring exceptional resident care and satisfaction.
- Lead clinical and operational teams to maintain compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive financial performance through effective budget management and funding optimisation (e.g., ACFI).
- Lead recruitment, retention, and development of a high-performing team.
- Support and implement change initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, families, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-level aged care facilities.
- Strong operational acumen with a track record of exceeding targets and implementing effective change initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS principles, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development.
- Relevant qualifications in Health Management, Aged Care, or related fields (post-graduate preferred).
