We are looking for an experienced General Manager from a Clinical background to head a medium Aged Care facility located in regional North East NSW. 

The facility offers a highly rewarding challenge whilst maintaining work-life balance with Monday - Friday hours.

- Clinical Managers 
- BA and rostering coordinators to assist
- Strong and excellent clinical team


Role Requirements

• Experience as a senior manager, with at least 3 years experience within Aged Care
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
• High level leadership capabilities
