Job description
A fast growing Facilities Management Service Provider is seeking a strong HSE leader to manage their compliance systems, ISO accreditations and team of HSE Advisors.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic professional who is comfortable being onsite when required - someone with presence, gravitas and excellent HSE knowledge, who is confident meeting with stakeholders and clients as well as training and supervising a team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic professional who is comfortable being onsite when required - someone with presence, gravitas and excellent HSE knowledge, who is confident meeting with stakeholders and clients as well as training and supervising a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
- Liaising with Site Managers and Clients to ensure that HSEQ standards are continually met
- Develop and maintain site specific safety initiatives & continuous improvement
- Lead the safety culture on site through ongoing communication and consultation with the site management
- Be the Lead investigator for incident investigations
- Conduct scheduled site audits and risk assessments
- Statistical reporting of HSE impacts – collating data for reports
- Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Program
- Develop safety training
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- 5+ years in a similar management role
- Remote site management experience
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Internal auditor experience
- Training skills and experience
- A genuine passion for HSE
