About the Role:

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the cooking and production strategy on-site. Your focus will be to ensure that the organisation's policies and procedures are reliable and optimised for safe and productive operations. You will be responsible for a large team of cooks and to make sure its successful on a day to day basis. 

About you:

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with excellent problem-solving skills and high-performing mindset to take ownership of the role. This role will be based in Guildford New South Wales 2161.

To be successful in the role you will need to have:
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a FMCG manufacturing company
  • You will be leading a kitchen with a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
  • Leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete and of high quality
  • Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
