Austcorp Executive is partnering with a mining and technology company, who is involved in exciting projects all across Australia with Tier One mining operators.

We are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor to cover for 12-months of maternity leave.

As the HR Advisor your deliverables will include:

• End-to-end recruitment
• On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees
• Involvement in employee relations
• Involvement in performance management
• Creation and implementation of HR initiatives
• HR administration – remuneration changes, prepare employment letters etc
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Coordinate employment training programs
• HR Data collection, analysis and reporting

Your professional experience will include:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent industry experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role – Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing
• A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate – Software & Microsoft Office suite competency
