Austcorp Executive is partnering with a national Industrial Automation & Technology company, who specialise in providing solutions for complex problems in the Mining, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy sectors.

As a result of continued growth, we are actively seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join the team and spearhead some exciting major projects across Australian mining.

As the Lead Electrical Engineer your deliverables would include:

• Leading the end-to-end process of the electrical engineering design, testing through to deployment and commissioning.
• You are still required to perform hands on technical engineering, not just delegate tasks.
• Provide procurement and contracting assistance in the identification, selection of equipment and components.
• Manage a team through a full project life-cycle with technical leadership, guidance and support.
• Act as a Project Engineer or Project Manager when required.
• Technical leadership and support across other controls, electrical and software engineering projects.

Your professional experience/profile will include:

• A proven track record Leading a team of engineers as a Senior or Lead for projects in the Australian Mining sector.
• A qualified Control Systems, Electronics or Electrical Engineer.
• Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) status (MUST HAVE).
• Lead experience across a full project life-cycle in Australian mining conceptualisation through to commissioning.
• Experience working in complex environments.
