- Defence Technical - Defence shipbuilding / repairs
- Public Sector Engineering
Team Outline
Opportunity to join a stable, career-recruitment team in Perth with an average tenure of 8+ years.
Base Criteria
- Minimum 5 years’ Australian 360-recruitment experience gained as a senior recruiter working in a recruitment agency supplying to the Defence Technical (Shipbuilding / Repairs) or Public Sector Engineering sectors.
- Strong BD skills, able to source leads, potential clients and cold-call to generate meetings and new client relationships.
- Agile thinker, as yesterday’s recruitment methods, may not work tomorrow.
- Atypical Recruiter - the ability to work and be seen as a trusted advisor to clients, not a sales clone.
- Stakeholder engagement - managing client and candidate relationships.
- Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated within our CRM).
Outline Duties
- Your key responsibilities are stakeholder engagement, sector growth and fee generation.
- Trusted Advisor and Relationship Builder, with a strong Personal Brand
- Integral Team Member, happy to support colleagues, and contribute to the team during large Perm mobilisations / go-lives.
- Supporting clients in filling their Permanent, Short-term or ongoing Casual Hire requirements.
- Ensuring relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM.
- Agile thinker, willing to continually develop, share knowledge and be an active contributor.
