Austcorp Executive are partnering with a well established design, manufacture and service provider of heavy transport equipment. They work closely with the mining, construction, agricultural and general freight industries throughout Australia.

On the back of the continued growth of the Geraldton branch the team are looking to recruit an experienced Leading Hand on a full time basis who has previously worked with the service and manufacture of Road Transport Equipment.  

As the Leading Hand your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supervise a team of workshop professionals in regards to the service and manufacture of heavy transport equipment
• Scheduling and prioritizing work to meet service and production target
• Work closely with different teams across the company 
• Mentoring of tradespeople, trade assistants and apprentices

A little bit about you:

• 2 + years experience in a heavy transport equipment workshop 
• Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Vehicle Body Building or Fabrication
• Experience with ERP Software (Desirable) 
• Experience mentoring junior members of workshop staff
