Maintenance Electrician

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Redbank, QLD
Shift Pattern Morning shift: 5.00am  – 1.00pm Afternoon shift: 1.00pm - 9.00pm
Salary: $43.00 per hour + shift loading + overtime

This organisation is a major player in automation and intralogistics, with a strong footprint across Australia and beyond. Due to ongoing growth, we’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at a key site in Redbank.

We're particularly keen to hear from trade-qualified technicians who are proactive, safety-conscious, and solution-oriented.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out diagnostic assessments on automated systems
  • Executing preventative maintenance tasks as per the site schedule
  • Identifying faults, mechanical issues, jams, and system breakdowns—and completing necessary repairs
  • Resolving communication faults and electrical issues across PLC and SCADA interfaces
  • Scheduling and logging maintenance activities using MEX or similar systems
  • Monitoring system data and alarms through SCADA platforms
What You’ll Need
  • Electrical trade qualifications
  • A current Queensland Electrical Licence (Supervisors or Contractors)
  • Strong background in PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Proven experience with preventative maintenance frameworks
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Availability to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday, rotating shifts)
