Based in the Bowmans, 5550 area, the site is highly automated, sophisticated and equipped to global best practice. You will lead the team and be the point of contact for the maintenance team.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance team, overseeing all installation of new equipment, and ensuring the company’s facilities and equipment are well maintained supporting business operations. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  
Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures and a planned preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Planning and delegating department work schedules prioritising the reduction of machinery downtime, via the Maintenance Management software.
• Maintain oversight of the Maintenance resources in conjunction with the Engineering manager to ensure appropriate levels of effectiveness versus cost.
• All purchase orders and invoicing procedures are followed consistently.

   Skills Required:

• Experience in FMCG environment, food manufacturing site would also be desired
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
• Experience in managing a team
• Trade license or Qualification needed
• Working knowledge of the site’s machines and equipment
